Hello there. My name is Gary Sprinzl Jr. I started Alnitak Solutions, precisely because I wanted to return something to the market that's been missing for years - personalized customer service. All too often, you're dealing with the WalMart mentality - you get something and then you're on your own. If it doesn't work, call the 800 phone number for tech support that connects you to some place in India or Pakistan, where the technical consultant speaks perfect English in an accent that you can't understand. If you don't get that, you wind up at some small place, that thinks it's a big place, with the aid of some fast talking, sociopathic manager who thinks he's the only one who can help you, and that you are incapable of helping yourself. Of course, at Alnitak Solutions, we often scratch our head at that one - if you can't help yourself, why are you there to begin with? We think you will agree.
Each and every service we perform is intended to help you and help us. It helps you, by applying positive solutions to your problems. It helps us, because each successful solution cements our status in the industry and our positive interaction with each client in the community enables our continued growth. We call it 'value added service'. We offer one-on-one personalized service without overselling our service - you get exactly what you want/need and nothing more is forced on you. We've all dealt with sociopathic companies/managers at one point, and this industry is full of the type. We can, by working together, send a powerful message that this type of behavior is not only unwarranted, but also unnecessary and unprofitable. We've all seen those types of computer system/service providers - they tell you that you need this particular service/system - usually the one that's most profitable for them and very often, one that doesn't fit your needs as they exist. They tell you outlandish things about what's wrong with the computer you have now, why you absolutely need "X" system, and what will happen if you don't get this NOW. On top of that, you get rude service at best, and a positively NEGATIVE experience.
At Alnitak Solutions, we aim to change that mentality. It is our belief that if you already have a computer, and that you are - by large - happy with the operation of the system (when it is performing as it should), there is no need to replace this system with something else, barring a component failure whose repair/replacement could well exceed the value of the system. This can and does happen, but not nearly as often as other shops would have you believe. Of course, we are happy to offer you any solution you need - from basic antivirus / antispyware service to a brand new, shiny gaming system capable of smoothly running next year's huge release, as well as everything in between. We also consult with you on what you need - the golden rule applies with us. I think you will like what you see at Alnitak Solutions. Thank you for giving us a try.
